GST Invoices

All purchases include a GST tax invoice, which will be supplied with your order.

Payment Terms

Payment and pickup must be completed within 7 days of purchase.

If payment or collection is not completed within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item for sale.

Product Condition

Many products sold through our store are refurbished or pre-owned technology equipment. Items may show minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal use.

Where relevant, product listings will describe the condition, specifications, and included accessories.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Due to the limited availability of refurbished products, stock levels may change quickly. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or suitable alternative.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this store.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the courier service and destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Parcel Freight

Most standard items are shipped using parcel courier services.

Pallet Freight

Larger items such as servers, racks, and other oversized equipment may be shipped via pallet freight services.

All shipments include signature-required delivery for security.

While we work closely with our freight partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as road closures, accidents, weather events, or courier network disruptions.

Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather events, or public holidays.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and item so we can investigate.

Returns & Refunds

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, our products include a 3-month Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty.

This warranty covers faults arising from normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage, including but not limited to:

• Dropping or physical impact

• Liquid damage

• Unauthorised repairs or modifications

If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, we will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be completed.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and condition details before completing their purchase.

Returns will only be accepted where an item is faulty or not as described, and will be assessed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
